Activities to help your decision-making: pros & cons

We have used a variety of decision-making exercises to help you evaluate the pros and cons of the options open to you: abortion, adoption or becoming a parent.

Activities include:

  • Questions for you - A set of question you can ask yourself to help you work out how you feel about abortion, adoption or continuing the pregnancy.

  • Charting your goals? - Activities to help you assess your goals and what may be the goals of your partner and family concerning your unplanned pregnancy.

  • Your goals, your life - An activity to help you work out what are your life goals and how your unplanned pregnancy will affect them.

  • Rating the pros & cons of your decision - An activity to help you rate the pros & cons of each of the options open to you: abortion, adoption or continuing the pregnancy

Below is an example to the kind of activity included in this activity sheet. For the full set of activities and worksheets download PDF version attached above.
