The Royal Women’s Hospital Child Care Centre is a not-for-profit Workplace Child Care Centre which is operated by the hospital. We offer Long Day Care to the children of hospital staff and also occasional places for children of patients of the Royal Women’s Hospital.

This service enables women to discuss their health care confidentially and without interruption or distraction. Our child care centre provides care for children from the age of 12 weeks to 7 years old.
The Centre is open from 6.45am-5.45pm for staff care and 9am-5pm for patient care. Care can be provided for up to two hours per day, and longer care can be arranged by discussion with the centre coordinator.
Bookings are usually required. On occasions, it may be possible for patients to arrange child care at the centre without an advance booking.
