About the Childbirth Education Training Course
|
The Childbirth Education Training Course is the only course in Australia of this kind being run through the public health system. The training course highlights the diverse client groups and demonstrates practical learning resources in ways that engage participants and promote interactive learning.
The Training Manual that complements the course has been completely revised and is being reprinted. It has been well received and is used by childbirth educators across Australia.
Training courses are held six times a year; three in Melbourne and three times in regional locations such as Darwin, Alice Springs, Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania.
Our Internal Training course is held over three days at the Women’s. Bookings are essential as classes are limited to 15-20 participants.
