GPs can book patient appointments through the Clinic Access Centre using one of the Fast Fax referral forms that can be downloaded from the referrals page.
The forms are only for the use of GPs. Once a referral has been received by the Clinic Access Centre, an acknowledgement will be sent to both the woman and referring GP.
