GPs can book patient appointments through the Women's Outpatient services/Appointments and bookings using one of the Fast Fax referral forms that can be downloaded from the Referrals page.
The forms are only for the use of GPs. Details of outpatient appointments will be sent directly to the patient and a confirmatory letter sent to the GP.
