Our Gynaecology service provides specialist gynaecological care and comprises three units, each of which has a special interest in a particular area of gynaecological health.
|
Gynaecology Unit 1 - specialises in the care of women with menstrual and other gynaecological bleeding disorders
Gynaecology Unit 2 - specialises in the care of women with endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain
Gynaecology Unit 3 - specialises in the care of women with pelvic floor problems.
|
These units also work collaboratively with the nurse practitioner Gynaecological Assessment clinic which provides broad gynaecological assessment, diagnostic investigations and referral to specialist medical service if required. Referrals to the Gynaecology Service will be allocated to the appropriate unit.
