The Royal Women’s Hospital cares for women who are experiencing discomfort and pain because of a gynaecological problem. This might include problems with menstruation, hormonal conditions or prolapse.
|If your conditions or symptoms do not fit clearly into any one of the specialised areas, you may be asked to attend one of our gynaecology clinics.|
You will need a GP referral to all specialist gynaecology clinics.
What to bring to your appointment:
- appointment slip
- Medicare Card
- pension, health benefit or Pharmaceutical Benefit or Concession card
- current medication details (if you are taking any)
- any relevant information such as x-rays, ultrasound reports and so on.
|The hospital will already have the referral letter from your GP.|
