The Royal Women’s Hospital cares for women who are experiencing discomfort and pain because of a gynaecological problem. This might include problems with menstruation, hormonal conditions or prolapse.
|
If your conditions or symptoms do not fit clearly into any one of the specialised areas, you may be asked to attend one of our gynaecology clinics.
You can self-refer to the Well Women's Clinic and the Choices Clinic but will need a GP referral for all other specialist gynaecology clinics.
What to bring to your appointment:
|
- appointment slip
- referring letter from your doctor
- Medicare Card
- pension, health benefit or Pharmaceutical Benefit or Concession card
- current medication details (if you are taking any)
- any relevant information such as x-rays, ultrasound reports and so on.
