The Women's is committed to providing a skilled and sustainable workforce that can meet the demands of our tertiary referral service.
To meet these demands and foster our international relationships, the Women's encourages the recruitment of overseas candidates.
The Women's supports sponsorship applications via two methods:
- Temporary Long Stay Business Sponsorship
- Employer Nominated Permanent Migration.
Before being sponsored by the Women's you first need to be successful in gaining a position. Check out our current employment opportunities at the Women's or contact our Human Resources department to discuss your options.
Please understand that all applications for sponsorship must be linked to a specific job reference number from the Women's.
If you would like to receive regular email updates regarding available positions, please subscribe to our updates service.
Once you have successfully gained a position with the Women's your application will be managed by Human Resources or the Medical Workforce Unit. These teams will support you through the sponsorship and vise application process and assist with your relocation.
Please note that student sponsorship is managed through the universities so student applicants will need to communicate directly with these institutions.
For further information about the sponsorship process visit the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs website. This site provides useful information that will answer many of your questions about the visa application process.
