Staff and external agency interpreters are available to interpret in over 70 languages to enable women from non-English speaking backgrounds equitable access to healthcare.

The interpreters are familiar with women's health issues and terminology to ensure accurate communication. Telephone interpreters (TIS) are also available 24 hours a day when no on-site interpreter is available.

Bookings

Any patient requiring an interpreter for their healthcare is entitled to request one.
Interpreter bookings should be made when making a clinic appointment.
