This free program was specifically for women experiencing menopause and offering health strategies for menopause and beyond. Sessions lasted two hours, and were held on Thursdays. Child care was available.

Each weekly session looked at a different women’s health topic, presented by guest speakers and staff from the Royal Women’s Hospital. After each session, participants were invited to take part in some gentle exercise led by a Physiotherapist.
