This free program was specifically for women experiencing menopause and offering health strategies for menopause and beyond. Sessions lasted two hours, and were held on Thursdays. Child care was available.
|Each weekly session looked at a different women’s health topic, presented by guest speakers and staff from the Royal Women’s Hospital. After each session, participants were invited to take part in some gentle exercise led by a Physiotherapist. |
