This is a free program specifically for women experiencing menopause and offering health strategies for menopause and beyond. Sessions last two hours, and are held on Thursdays. Child care is available.

Each weekly session will look at a different women’s health topic, presented by guest speakers and staff from the Royal Women’s Hospital. After each session, participants are invited to take part in some gentle exercise led by a Physiotherapist.

- Natural and complimentary therapies
- Continence and the pelvic floor
