The Royal Women's Hospital Secondary School Work Experience Program provides students with an opportunity to gain insight into the healthcare industry.

The program is offered to students undertaking years 10 - 12. Students participating in the program are given the opportunity to spend one week working within available departments to observe and participate in the daily activities of those departments. The Women's strongly promotes involvement in the program and encourages students from all areas of Victoria to apply.

The Secondary School Work Experience program will not be running during 2008 due to the relocation of the hospital.

The Nursing and Midwifery and general work experience programs will be available again in 2009.

Secondary School Work Experience places will only available to students who can participate in the program on the available dates offered by the Royal Women's Hospital.
