The Royal Women's Hospital community clinics operate at Kensington, Fawkner and Moonee Ponds. Each clinic has its own team of midwives and doctors from the Women’s, so women can have some or all of their pregnancy care at a community clinic.

The birth and postnatal care will be at the Royal Women's Hospital in Parkville, and also the first pregnancy care appointment. After this, if women have chosen shared maternity care, most of the key hospital visits can be at a community clinic including at 26 weeks and 36 weeks. The 41 weeks check will be at the Women's.
