The Well Women's Clinic offers a free and confidential health service for all women. The service is provided by experienced women's health nurses for women who don’t have symptoms but would like a women’s health checkup

- Teaching Breast self examination
- STI testing
- For women with a GP referral we offer screening prior to IUD insertion

- Sexuality and safe sex practices
- Preparing for pregnancy

We are sensitive to lesbian health issues, cultural diversity and we have good disability access, including:

- a hoist for women with disabilities,
- double appointments for all women with special health requirements

How to get an appointment
|
You can make an appointment yourself by telephone or you can visit the Women’s Health Information Centre. GPs can fax referrals directly to the Access Centre
