Primary Care & Population Health Advisory Committee

The Primary Care & Population Health Advisory Committee oversees and enhances the integration between the Women’s and the primary care service system, and supports the Women’s work in Population Health.

A further role of committee is to identify population health issues and needs for both local statewide and communities, and consider these in service planning and delivery.
