5.55 - 6.45pm The NBO step-by-step 1: Video demonstration (ppt 4)
6.45 - 7.00pm ‘Take-home’ concepts, homework and planning for Day two (ppt 5)

9.45 - 10.30am The NBO step-by-step 2: Introducing and recording the NBO and providing anticipatory guidance  (ppt 6)
10.30 - 10.55am Administering the NBO (practice with dolls)
10.55 - 11.15am Break
11.15 - 12.00pm Using the NBO to build relationships: in families and with families (ppt 7)
12.00 - 12.30pm Using the NBO with families from different cultural communities (ppt 8)
12.30 - 1.30pm Lunch
1.30 - 2.30pm Role-play with dolls and complete NBO video
2.30 - 3.15pm Working with at-risk infants and their families (ppt 9 and 9A)
3.15 - 3.30pm Break
3.30 - 4.30pm Live demonstration of NBO and discussion
4.30 - 5.00pm Wrap up: steps to certification, post-training questionnaires (ppt 10)

Cancellations and refunds

If you book a training but do not attend no refund will be given. A refund will only be available if cancellation is made at least one week before the first booked session.

If for any reason the scheduled training is postponed or cancelled registrants will be contacted and a refund of registration fees will be arranged.
