Dr Bei Bei, Clinical Psychologist

Dr Bei Bei is a clinical psychologist based at the Centre for Women’s Mental Health. Her clinical work has focused on mood, anxiety, and adjustment disorders, as well as sleep disorders such as insomnia. In research, she is interested in the physiological changes women experience over a lifetime, and the relationship between these changes and women’s mental health. She is involved in projects that explore the health and wellbeing of women during perinatal as well as menopausal periods. She is also an affiliate researcher at the Sleep Research Laboratory at the University of Melbourne and has a keen interest in the science and nature of sleep, as well as therapeutic interventions that help improve sleep.
