How will we support you to participate?

You will be paid $50 per hour for your participation in workshops and interviews for this project.

You can choose to be paid via direct deposit to a bank account, or in vouchers.

We will cover the cost of parking and childcare at the Women’s on any days you are attending face-to-face workshops for this project. We will reimburse reasonable travel expenses related to attending workshops (for example, taxi or public transport fare) if you can provide receipts.

You will have access to short-term counselling (up to four sessions per issue) through the Employee Assistance Program at the Women’s while you are a part of this project. We will offer optional group support and reflection sessions during the co-design process.

After hours support is available through free phone support and information lines, including those listed on the Respect website.
