Your privacy and confidentiality

We will ask for your consent to audio record the workshops and interviews, to make sure we accurately capture your contributions.

We will not record anything without asking you first, and any recordings will be anonymous. We will also take notes during workshops and interviews.

Any information obtained in connection with this project that can identify you will remain confidential, and will be securely stored.

It is anticipated that the results of this project will be published and/or presented in a variety of forums. These results will be provided in such a way that you cannot be identified, except with your express permission.

Confidentiality and group discussions

Whilst all care will be taken to maintain privacy and confidentiality, you may experience embarrassment if one of the group members were to repeat things said in a confidential group meeting.

Confidentiality will be considered core to our group agreement and will be reinforced in all meetings.

You are free to use an alias (a made-up name) at all stages of this project to help preserve your confidentiality.
