Welcome to the Women's Parkville campus
The Women’s welcomes women, families and visitors to the Women’s facilities at Parkville and Sandringham.
Our Parkville site is situated within the Parkville Biomedical Precinct, adjacent to the Royal Melbourne Hospital and across the road from the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre with convenient pedestrian, car and public transport access.

Visiting hours
Visitors are welcome at the Women’s, but for the comfort, health and safety of our patients, we ask you to please respect the visiting hours. We also ask you to please stay away from the hospital if you are feeling ill or have recently been ill.

Women’s Welcome Centre
The Women’s Welcome Centre is a warm and friendly space for patients, their families and other visitors to relax, find women’s health information, be guided through our hospital’s services and clinics and book Childbirth Education classes

The Women’s Child Care Centre is a not-for-profit workplace child care centre that is operated by the hospital at the Parkville campus. We offer occasional places for children of patients at the Parkville campus.
