The Pauline Gandel Women's Imaging Centre provides radiology and ultrasound services to diagnose and treat maternity and gynaecological issues in women. The centre also assists in the diagnosis of fetal and newborn disorders.

The Women’s Emergency Care centre provides direct clinical care for women with emergency maternity and gynaecology problems, and emergency care for newborns who were born at the Women's.

Abortion and contraception
The Women’s provides a very limited number of appointments for abortions. Priority access is given to women with a health care card and no financial ability to have an abortion in the private sector where the majority of abortions are performed.
