The Young Women's Health Program provides holistic support and care for young pregnant and parenting women 19 years old and under.
The program provides support, holistic and individual pregnancy and early parenting care for specific needs.
Women need a referral from their GP or Community Support Services to access the program. We also accept self referral. Young women can present or contact the Women's Welcome Centre.
The Young Women's Health Program runs on a weekdays between 8:30am and 4.00pm.
Please complete and fax the Fast Fax Referral form. Patients can also self-refer by presenting or by contacting the Women's Welcome Centre.
An acknowledgement letter will be sent directly to the patient and the GP will be notified. The patient will then receive a letter with the appointment details.
